Our Services Engagement Process
Consilium Blue seek to make the services engagement process as smooth as possible. Our services can be scaled to be as small or as wide-reaching as a customer requires. The side diagram outlines a typical engagement process, with options to move as quickly as possible through the process if needed.
The most critical aspect of the engagement process is that a potential customer has a full understanding of Consilium Blue's capabilities and its team's experience, in order to determine if there is alignment with its business needs.
We are based in Sydney, Australia. If there is a need for a team member to work in any other location, within Australia or in another country, this is generally not a problem. We have experience working in other countries, especially in the Asia Pacific region.
