Consilium Blue provides services in the areas outlined below. Enagagement for any service may be as small as several days, or much longer, and can be customised based on business needs.

 

Each service category has been designed based on our hands-on experience, available methodologies and templates to draw upon (some industry standard and some we have devised for specific needs), and our passion to excel in any of these areas on behalf of our customers.

 

Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence services are also based on the use of modeling solutions specially constructed by Consilium Blue - customers have the option to receive a one-off deliverable based on these solutions or to continue using them on a subscription basis.

Business Analysis & Project Services

 

This service covers a wide range of components of business analysis and project definition. The outcome may be a detailed business case, a business and/or technical requirements specification, or even a comprehensive project plan for adoption by the project teams sourced by customers. The approach and outcomes can be customized to suit any need.

Enterprise Architecture Roadmap Modeling

 

Consilium Blue provides Portfolio / Architecture Roadmapping and Application Landscape Roadmapping services. Engagement for any service may be as small as several days, or much longer, and can be customised based on business needs.

 

Each roadmap category has been designed based on our hands-on experience across multiple country scenarios. Modeling / roadmapping toolsets constructed by Consilium Blue are used in this exercise, with the option for their continued use by customers on a subscription basis.

Business Intelligence Blueprint Modeling

 

In recent years many organizations have experienced an explosion of BI, analytics and data transformation demand, as well as a myriad of vendor solutions and service offerings. Many have seen significant adoption and usage of new tools, with new roles emerging, new forms of analysis, and distribution via multiple platforms. This has been driven by Big Data capabilities and digital marketing strategies in particular, with a new ability to understand customer behaviour in particular.
